Odball F-14-Help!

Hi-I"m looking at buying a 1939 F-14 Ser.

Number S-153549. I know it"s a late one.
This
tractor has been untouched in a
guy"s shed for
the last 20 years. It is free
and turns over. This
one is on rubber, has
original fenders, even
the distilate tank in
the hood yet. Two things. It
has what
appears to be factory electric start on
it. It
looks totally original. How many of these

F-14"s are around. The other question.
There
is a long lever coming out the side
of the rear
end/trans area just behind the
left brake
handle. It looks like it could be a
hi/low range
trans? I know there were
aftermarket
overdrives for F-20"s. What
was avaliable for
F-14"s? Has anyone
ever seen an F-14 set up
quite like this?
How common is a Tractor like
this?
