Hi, never had a 434 gas but had a 434D with 1501 loader for many years. The brakes are not that bad that a little TLC once a year wouldn't fix. Had to take brake housings off clean and lube roller balls and scuff up disk pads about once a year and this was on a tractor with a loader that was used to feed silage 365 days a year plus other farm chores. Had great service from 434D traded for 384D with 1550 loader but when we started making large round bales had to get a larger loader tractor. Good luck JB
