I would try some straight 30 or 15/40 What do you mean by fresh motor, Cam bearings,crank and rod bearings, You are not that far off all of mine except the SM carry about that pressure.The SM carryies about 40 when hot.

As I grew older (7), it was the thrill of my day to ride or drive on the tractor. My Papaw had a 1954 IH Super A that he bought to replace a Cub.
