First of all you should be useing stright 30 weight oil the 20 weight is for colder weather like when your tractor is setting inside and you are setting next to the stove. And when you rebuilt it did you install new cam bearings ???? and did you check all the clearances with plastia gauge?? and just how good is the oil pump. If your clearances are on the loose side then the oil pressure will go down as it warms up.
