They usually recommend new bearings when this is done and a new cam too if the lobes are worn.

I always use SAE30 oil in the tractors when used hard in the field, such as plowing or discing. I hate tearing down the engine twice.

My neighbor was watching me pulling my gas tank on a car to replace the fuel pump. He said I wouldn't change that pump. I replied you're not doing the work, I'm the one that would have to pull that tank again and I don't like doing it twice. Good Luck, Hal
