Sounds like a lot of work to me. I'm no expert on 15's, but I'm sure the only way to do what you are proposing is to buy an entire 1466 rear end from the clutch housing back and bolt it up to the 15 engine/front end. By the time you do that, it will have been cheaper just to leave the 15 like it is, buy a good 14, and just turn up the pump a little. If you really want to re-gear the 15, check into parts from a late 1586. I think they changed the gear spacings on those a little bit to make the tractor more "usable".
