Hi Jim, Keep applying a lot of heat with a torch and use vise grips to try and remove the petcock. Is this oil pan off the tractor? You could saw off the fitting holding the petcock and
weld a new pipe bushing on the pan 3/8" X 1/4" and install a new petcock. Good Luck, Hal
