Checking corrrectness of H parts

On my H i want to check if
1. Is an Amercian Bosch mag correct. Mine has one and i have come across others. I thought they all would have had an IH H4 mag on them.
and 2.
Tricycle front wheels and the rims have 3 lugs riveted onto them as opposed the the clamps i have on my A & AV.
