If everything else is there,Id get it.Head is same as M,dont know about the loader.4 and 6 series tractors are hard to come by here in SC.Depnding on the shape of the sheetmetal i might pay 600-800 for it,but thats me.Its a 1940 and the serial no. should read IBK,but on ,my I-4 the I is a little ahead of the BH(I BH)
