My H was in working order when I bought it. Good compression, doesn't smoke, hyd. pump good, no leaking seals, etc. I cleaned it up, worked the metal, and painted it, put new decals on it, made my hitch and have been using the heck out of it. I know I was lucky to get it at the price I did but they are not that high in my area anyway. Saginaw makes an excellent hitch, I don't deny that, just overkill for most situations. Their workmanship is by far the best and you get what you pay for. I was mainly pointing out the poor quality craftsmanship on some of the other hitches.
