There are 3 sets of bolts to check to make sure that they are tight.

First the bolts that bolt the rim to the wheel. Second the bolts that bolt the wheel to the axle. Third are the bolts that bolt the weights to the wheel if you have weights. Usually you will find some of these are loose causing your noise.
