My F-14 is that way sometimes. I don't have the float setting but you might put a hotter spark plug in it and don't use Champions. That helped a lot on mine. I had it at a show one time with no extra plugs and they fouled. Pulled it for about a mile before it started. Now keep the plugs in the truck all the time. Napa can tell you what they can get that are hotter.
