Belt Pulley question for H and W4 tractors

Did IH make a cast iron belt pulley in the 9 3/4 size for the H and W4 tractors . My SW4 parts manual shows one in the picture of the tractor but doesn't specifically list Paper or cast Iron in the part numbers. Is there a part number for the cast iron one in this size? I am trying to find a pulley in the 9 3/4 diameter size in cast iron does anyone know where to find one?
