Did you change the spark plug wires one at a time? If not, are you sure they are connected to the correct plugs? You've introduced the problem, most likely, with the new ignition parts. Start swapping the old parts back in one at a time and see if it will fire up, after you've checked the firing order to be 100% sure the plug wires areen't crossed or are installed in reverse rotation order. I've done that before myself, and it's an easy mistake to make.
