Hi JRB, Darned if I know; don't even know how many hours are on the old gal. They don't even have the thing hauled into town yet, the way the story goes. Seems as though the farmer has kinda fallen on hard times. The tractor has been parked in a shed for four years with a brand new loader on it; is totally covered in dust and bird dung. So, the guy decides he has to up & sell the tractor, tries to start it and it won't start. Long story short is that the engine is frozen up from setting for so long. So, he calls into town and tells "Red Mech" to come get it, o/h the engine and then sell it because he just will not sell someone the tractor in the condition it now is (People are kinda funny that way out here). Another guy wants that new loader, and I told them that I'd sure be interested in looking at the tractor. Anyway, I haven't even laid eyes on the thing yet, but it sounds like it's just what I've been looking for. But, I'm trying to ballpark it, 'cause if it has a brand spankin' new engine in it, it still should not be more than around $7 to 8K, would you think? Thanks for the help, Allan

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
