Hmmmmm, guess it depends on how bad you want it.

A fast hitch, a gas engine (which in itself is probably wobbled out) and the T/A being non-functional makes that old tractor just about scrap price.

You might want it more than I, but I wouldn't pay more than about $300 for the thing; should be able to recover that much from the wide front and that hitch cylinder.
