Several years ago we bought one for a JD 3020.We got it at our JD dealer ,who was selling them at cost.They said it was a JD promotion type of thing to stop or prevent any roll-over lawsuits.Maybe IH has the same type of deal.The cost of ours was about $350.00, which is cheap considering it was painted green.I believe it came with the seat belt also. John.
