you can cut as mutch as .200 if head has never been cut before,that should bring the cc,s to around 130. take it to a speed shop or a real good head man and have a 3 angle valve job done,and clean up the pocket,s no need to port.match the intake and exhaust port,e to the manifold.make sure you reset total timing to around 28 to 30 at 1550rpm,s.ealed power makes a 4 1/4 overbore kit but you need to bore to set the sleves.make sure the old air cleaner is clean,that wire mes has been in there for year,s.remember if you cut the head you have to make shim,s to put under rocker arm stand,s to realingh the valve train.tell head man to unshroud the intake valve about .080 by the wall.remember you mite have to run good gas,watch for spark knock,it will kill the motor.you may have to jet the carb up some what, i run a w-9 venturi, i think there 30 or 32,should have around a 65 hp tractor.
