IHC LB Engine

I have an IHC LB 3 to 5 hp engine I'd like to know the age of so I can date the equipment its attached to.

It's on an IHC hay press. It is equipped with an air cleaner, screened fan, shrouding and a radiator. The whole machine is painted IHC red, and is original paint best I can tell. The tag is in place and the engine's serial number is: LBBR 36621 HP.

Can anyone tell me what year this engine might have been produced and where I might find more information regarding it?
