1066 hyd leak

1066 hyd oil leaks from some place under the steering wheel and runs down the kick panel between the clutch and brake. it only does this when its cold out like 40 or colder, and once the tractor gets warmed up it quits leaking.
any body have and ideas what or where the oil is coming from? Im assuming its part of the power steering, but how come it only leaks when its cold?
