No, the block will have to be bored to accept the Super H sleeves, besides to put the super H pistions in an H the top of the connecting rods will need oversized bushings installed because the pistion pins in the super H are smaller than the standard H piston pins. If you want to turn up your H there are cheaper ways to do it. A copper head gasket and some standard bore high compression pistons will pick up a few horses, the IH 300/350 propane head will increase compression quite a bit. The 300/350 camshaft also gives you a boost. You can replace the governor spring with a smaller stiffer one from a hardware store, probably cost you about a quarter & it will run over 2000rpms easy. However, if your dead set on putting super H pistons in I have the part numbers and specs you need, post me back if you're interested.
