Yes, they are prone to rub on the grill sheet medal. My 140 still has the scratches on there from the blade I used to have. Also, the linkage will interfere with the headlight on the RH side. My 140 has a modified bracket to raise the light up so it is out of the way. Either that or remove the light. These blades make a great snow plow. I used mine a lot for that when we used to have snow here in East Tennessee. Pushed snow up to 20 inches deep. However,it's been years since there has been enough snow to plow.
