They are not keeping everything. Due to monopoly laws, they did have to each give up some of their lines. Case had to sell their interests in Hesson and drop their small CX series tractors. NH had to drop the Versitile 4wd's and I have also heard that they have to get rid of the Genesis series as well. I haven't heard anything about the combines or materials handeling sections. For now they are keeping the colors the same, but time will tell.
