Well, Stuck engine means no checking of the transmission, rearend and more importantly, the TA if it has one. Does it have power steering? I paid $500 for my 300, running but leaks(rear main seal and trans seals) with the TA pretty much gone. Mine has PS, fasthitch, 75% on the rears that are chipped pretty good, fronts are auto tires, and has a homebuilt front hydraulic blade that needs a bit of repair.
