can anyone help on cub engine?

I have a red cub lowboy tractor with engine bad. I have purchased a engine out of the yellow cub to put in. The engine casting number out of the red cub is 251341R7 and the engine out of the yellow cub is 251341R8. The one thing I have found different is the crankshaft in the yellow engine does not have the pilot bushing for the clutch, which i know on the yellow cubs the clutch is back at the diff.Can you tell me if i can change my crank over to the new cub engine and if there or any other differents that will cause problems installing. Thank you for any help
