How to Flush a Super A , A or Cub Radiator

The Super a, A and Cub all have the siphon system of coolant flow through the block and radiator. How does one go about flushing the coolant system? Do you remove some coolant and add the flushing chemicals and then run it until it gets good and warm or hot and then drain?
