Those gages are "sealed" - the bezels are crimped to the housings. You can't open them up without destroying 'em (ask me how I know!). In addition the temp gage bulb & capillary lead is filled with fluid and sealed at the factory. Lose any of the fluid and the gage quits working. If you don't want the trouble and expense of getting OEM or reproduction gages, visit your local Advantage Auto, Auto Zone or etc. and look at the Sun brand of black face mechanical gages. They're similar in look to the IHC gages and are priced around $20 each.
