IT manuels are rather generic. Usually they cover a little on several different models. If you already have some mechanical knowledge and skill they work ok. I prefer the "Blue Ribbon Service" manuels, available through Binder books and other places as reproductions. They are more detailed and cover one model or at least very similar ones. I have bothe IT and Blue Ribbon Serice manuels for my SMTA and use them both. I also have a parts book for it which helps a great deal.
