Re-covering your Belt Pulley

I just picked up the larger of the 2 belt pulley's for my 1948 Farmall H model. It is in good shape, but I would like to replace, or have the canvas re-honed or something to make it look nice again. Is there someone that can do this, or what have some of you guys done to clean up your belt pulley's for restoration?
