Since I have replace a WHOLE BUNCH of these, I'll throw in a tip. Use a 3/8 inch drill bit and drill two holes close to each other into the old seal. Bit will go in approx. one inch. Then take a chisel and punch into the two holes you drilled. Then I usually take an offset pair of plyers and pry the assembly out via the hole. Usually takes less than 10 minutes to remove one with this technique.
