Yep...it will go in. I did one myself...now I have a real hot rod. You will have to get the transmission drive shart shortened and machined. I did this using a throw out bearing from a 300U. You will have to raise the radiator up and either use a down exhaust or do like I did and use pipe to relocate the exhaust. The air cleaner has no place to be bolted to so you will have to use a remote 504 air cleaner or an after market auto air filter that slides on the carb. I have not turned the govenor down yet...the thing runs nearly 40MPH...it is dangerous, but sure runs a 5ft woods belly mower. Good luck...it's a lot of work...but can be done. By the way. Remember...you will have 4 times the horsepower that transmission and rearend were built for. Be careful what you hook to the drawbar.
