Draught cylinder (raises/lowers fasthitch)

Is this cylinder a regular old hydraulic cylinder? or is it special for the rear of tractors? Goes on 460 utility.

Mine is leaking really bad and the hydraulic shop wants $150 to repair it. I was thinking cylinders of that size only cost $150 new. I'm confused.

If I can get a new one for that what are the dimensions for stock cylinder?
