Sleeve. (1st opinion) Replace the sleeve. (2nd opinion) With one of the pistons installed rotate the crank and see how far down the piston travels. If the bottom of the piston skirt travels into the broken area - for sure replace. Depends on how much of the sleeve is broken out. (3rd opinion) Replace the sleeve - there may be other cracks in the sleeve that are not visable. Leaks. I usually install my gaskets dry. However, some dress the gaskets with a sealer. Your choice.
