Need some help on a 706 d

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me buy a 706 for the right price. Serial # 42121 Y. I believe it has the german 310 with 7600 hours, dual pto, narrow front end, 3point hitch, and remote hydralics. It does not have a TA or fenders. Tires are 100% in the rear, starts immediately, no smoke, runs strong and breaks are good. It is hard getting into reverse and there is a small oil leak at the oil pump and oil pan and the left lower side of the 3point hitch appears wet.
Any ideas on what this would be worth would be greatly appreciated.
