Transmission problem ??

My 986 will be pulling the plow and it will sometimes jump out of gear, The same thing can happen when i stop it to open a gate or check something out, it can start walking on me.
Any questions and or comments?

Also where do you get your parts for the International at. I live close to corpus christi texas and I have a cat,case, and john deere dealerships nearby.??
