Put an exhaust manifold on my H last night in the chilly barn....and rebuilt my seat too (new pivot pin, shock, bushings, spring). Had a good ol time me an my dad. The manifold came out just great...that ol girl purrs like a new one now (old manifold had a 3" hole near the back cylinder and she really barked). Couple of questions now...have all the seat parts put back together but now my seat has a starboard list to it. Just slightly. The original mounts and beam and so on are nice and straight....but by gum she tilts to the right a tiny bit. The bottom of the spring is the culprit...is there a bushing missing or some other way to even it out?
