My father had a 1940 IHC dealer catalogue GIVEN to him by a tractor friend (son of the dealer) just a couple of years ago. It is about the size of a bible, and bound in green leather. It too list tractors and horse implements, milking equipment etc. and has a section at the front with advice about setting up the dealers building and so forth. Pretty interesting book!!
