Like the others said buy it. Becasue when you get tired of finish mowing SIX acres you can use the H to pull a disk before you drill in oats and alfalfa to raise the hay for which you'll need a sickel mower, rake, baler, hay wagon and a new barn which should be built oversized to store the rest of the equipment you'll need to farm with.
