Todd, If you split at the rear engine support, use the MTA flywheel and clutch assembly youwill be Ok in the rear, Don't know about timming cover.Incidently the rear engine support from a 39 M to a 63 560 has the same holes. In my case the drill template I made to put a 345 V8 in the 560 was the same one I used to V8 my M
