The brake band price seems a little high. Central Plains Tractor Parts has them for less. Their phone no. is (800)234-1968. Their web address is www.centralplains.com but the website doesn't cover their entire catalog. Please don't cut corners on brakes. Your safety is worth much more than the extra dollars to do the job right. Last September I loaded a friend's tractor on a trailer that had NO brakes. Stomping on the pedals only served to push me into the back of the seat and raise my anxiety level. Sorry for the lecture but I'd like to see you fooling with Farmalls for a long time. Theman
