That price sounds a little high since it doesn't have the fasthitch. Now would be the time to offer them a low price since winter is upon us. They may not want to keep it until spring. I bought a Super C for $700.00 with new tires and I was the only person that responded to the ad. It had a flat tire on the front and had been run in a gravel pit. I removed the tire and rim after I had purchased it and I had to install a new tube since the inner tube leaked like a sieve. I then drove it 12 or 14 miles home. I had to replace the steering u-joints since it had a lot slop in the steering and 2 hydraulic hoses. I plowed the garden and then sold it for $2100. I wish now that I'd kept it. I received a lot of phone calls even after I sold it. You don't see many Super C's for sale, most are H's and M's. Hal
