I think ( I am usually wrong) the 10 -20 gasket set works just fine on your F-30 and vice versa (I did it but ignorance knows no fear..) I don't believe the rings, pistons or sleeves are the same. Sorry can't tell you if you could swap complete emgines. The head would probbably be different due to the waterpump plumbing. Just me but I don't think it will go with out pretty major grinding and welding.
