The fingers are part of the pressure plate. To replace the fingers you need to split the tractor. $200- ball park figure for a rebuilt pressure plate, throw out bearing, and driven disk.

The throw out bearing is a piece of carbon and needs to be replaced with the pressure plate.

Have the pressure plate set up/adjusted before you install it in the tractor.

The parts are still available. I recently purchased the parts from the IH dealer - Guess what they were made in India. You can get the same parts cheaper from one of the advertisers on this site.

It's not a big deal to split the Cub. If you have the equipment somewhere around 3 or 4 hours to split and another 3 hours to put it back together.
