Wide front or narrow front? If it is a narrow front I’d check out the bolt pattern from a 460 and see if it will bolt on and then you will have a 6 bolt hub. Otherwise you can take of the hubs on the H and measure the diameter of the spindle (inside diameter of the bearings) and the distance between the differing diameters on the spindle. Take these measurements to a good implement dealer and he should be able to tell you which implements have hubs and bearings that will fit. Worst case is that you find a hub with the right distance between the bearings, but you will need to find a different bearing that has the correct inside diameter to fit the spindle and the correct outside diameter to fit the hub.
