Is there a coil on the dash to indicate when to engage your starter? The key is turned ahead until there is resistance, the coil on the dash glows red and you turn your key forward to engage the starter. If the ground or wires between any of the glow plugs is corroded electricity will not flow to the next plug in line. If a glow plug is "dead" at the beginning of the circuit energy will not reach any of the other plugs. I have this setup and am hoping someone has a better way of arranging the system as it can be very frustrating!!
