My 756 doesn"t have TA, I can take off with most any load in H 3. When I max out I move the throtle back all the way, and shift slowly into 4 very smoothly. If the load dictates start in H2 , and do the same. My 706 I start in H4 TA, I have never had load it wouldn"t start in TA H 4. 706 is also a 310D.
