Yikes...that doesn't sound like a good group of folks at all. I went to a local antique machinery dinner with my wife last year, and we were welcomed warmly by all. It was a real hoot. Sorry you've had such a different experience. I'm a big believer in the 10% factor...in any particular group, 10% will be these types. Maybe you just happened to run into a statistical anomaly where the percentage was way higher ;-).I also agree with what others have said -- this site represents a really great community of very helpful, upbeat people. If you can't find 'em locally, at least you can get to 'em virtually. - David
