Hugh, It remends me of the guy who was weaving and reeling while fumbling for his car keys, when a police officer happened upon him and asked if he really intended on driving in his condition. To which the drunk replied that he had no choice but to drive since he was in no condition to walk. One of our local township police department billboards, this fall, had a message which read, "If you find it difficult to not drink and drive, we"ll be glad to help you". What amazes me, is that some people think that they can drive anything else but a car or truck while drunk or drinking, such as boats, snowmobiles, ATV"s, Lawn mowers, tractors, etc. and think it is OK since they arent on the inter-state.
