Hey John...you've been BUSY on that beast! What's weird is my initial 240U hard shift problems have substantially improved over the past couple of months. Seems like once I fixed that axle seal, mucked out and refilled the tranny with clean hy-tran, messed (both directions) with the clevis and actually started pulling some logs and scooping with the loader, I started to get some quiet shifts maybe 30% of the time and the other 70% were no longer sounding quite like sitting over a rock crusher. I have absolutely no explanation but it's true! But when my clutch goes, that's the end of it because I can't even imagine doing a split and really tearing into the clutch like you! Hats off to ya and best of luck. Dave
