I just completed one in a 400 and did one in a 460 last year. You need a good splitting stand and a chain hoist to do the job right since you have to first split at the clutch housing and then at the front of the transmission. May want to replace the rear engine seals as well while you are open and get all new gaskets for oil pan and all bottom covers. Many of these gaskets come with the new ta assembly. Go with the heavy replacement if you plan keeping the tractor a while. Cost 1500 -2000 Migraine
